شروط الخدمة

يجوز استخدام Socialito فقط لأغراض تجارية قانونية ووفقاً لهذه الشروط والقوانين المعمول بها وسياسات مزودي القنوات المتصلة.

أنت مسؤول عن كل نشاط داخل مساحة العميل، بما في ذلك المستخدمون والقنوات والأتمتة والرسائل والملفات وبيانات العملاء.

يجب الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول ومفاتيح API ورموز الوصول والشهادات، وإلغاؤها أو تدويرها فوراً إذا تعرضت للخطر.

تمثل مساحة العميل بيئة عمل مستقلة. يتحمل المالك والمديرون مسؤولية دعوة المستخدمين وتعيين الأدوار والتحكم في الوصول.

يجب تقديم بيانات نشاط وفوترة وتواصل دقيقة وتحديثها عند الحاجة.

قد نعلق الوصول إذا تأخر الدفع أو ظهر خطر أمني أو فشل التحقق المطلوب أو استُخدمت الخدمة بما يخالف هذه الشروط.

تُفوتر الخطط المدفوعة بالدينار الأردني ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك. قد تظهر الضرائب ورسوم المزود والاستخدام والإضافات بشكل منفصل.

قد تتم معالجة الدفع عبر مزودي دفع مثل HyperPay أو عبر خيارات تحويل بنكي مثل CliQ عند تفعيلها.

قد يتطلب الوصول إلى الخدمات المدفوعة نجاح الدفع قبل تفعيلها. تتم معالجة الاسترداد أو الرصيد أو تغيير الخطة وفق الشروط التجارية المتفق عليها.

تظل مسؤولاً عن رسائل العملاء وسجلات التواصل والموافقات وإشعارات الخصوصية وطلبات الإلغاء والاستخدام القانوني للقنوات.

لا يجوز استخدام Socialito لإرسال رسائل مزعجة أو محتوى غير قانوني أو خادع أو ملفات ضارة أو محتوى يخالف قواعد المزودين.

أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة والامتثال لقواعد Meta وGoogle وApple وHyperPay وشركات الاتصالات والشبكات الاجتماعية وأي أطراف ثالثة تنطبق على تكاملاتك.

نعمل على إبقاء Socialito متاحة وموثوقة، لكن قد تحدث انقطاعات بسبب الصيانة أو أعطال المزودين أو الشبكات أو أحداث خارجة عن سيطرتنا.

قد نحدث الميزات والأسعار والتكاملات وهذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسيتم إبلاغ التغييرات الجوهرية عبر قنوات مناسبة.

قد تتغير أو تُزال الميزات التجريبية أو قيد المعاينة، وقد لا تتمتع بنفس التزامات الدعم الخاصة بالميزات العامة.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل Socialito أو 700 Apps مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية أو العقابية.

تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن المطالبات المتعلقة بالخدمة على المبالغ المدفوعة خلال الفترة التي يسمح بها القانون أو الاتفاق التجاري المعمول به.

لا يحد أي بند من هذه الشروط من المسؤولية حيث لا يسمح القانون بذلك.

You may use Socialito only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and the policies of connected channel providers.

You are responsible for all activity in your tenant, including users, connected channels, automations, messages, files, and customer data.

You must keep login credentials, API keys, access tokens, and certificates confidential and promptly revoke or rotate them if compromised.

A tenant represents a customer workspace. Owners and admins are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, and controlling access.

You must provide accurate business, billing, and contact information and keep it current.

We may suspend access if payment is overdue, security risk is detected, required verification fails, or the service is used in violation of these terms.

Paid plans are billed in JOD unless otherwise agreed. Taxes, provider fees, usage charges, and add-ons may be shown separately.

Payment may be processed through providers such as HyperPay or through bank transfer options such as CliQ when configured.

Access to paid services may require successful payment before activation. Refunds, credits, or plan changes are handled according to the agreed commercial terms.

You retain responsibility for customer messages, contact records, consent, privacy notices, opt-outs, and lawful use of communication channels.

You must not use Socialito to send spam, illegal content, deceptive messages, harmful files, or content that violates provider rules.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with Meta, Google, Apple, HyperPay, telecom, social network, and other third-party rules that apply to your integrations.

We work to keep Socialito available and reliable, but service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or events outside our control.

We may update features, pricing, integrations, and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels.

Beta, test, or preview features may change or be removed and may not have the same support commitments as generally available features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialito and 700 Apps are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the period allowed by applicable law or the applicable commercial agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by law.
